I live at the edge of the wild in the Santa Cruz Mountains.  Conversation has been important all my life: with family and friends  and with people who are very different from myself. Professionally, I have spent the last decades in deep dialogue with my therapy clients, listening between the words. Increasingly, I tune my ear to even more elusive communication - with animals, dreams, ancestors, archetypal realms.  Light comes in through the cracks in everything, as Leonard Cohen sings.  I believe that’s also how our light shines out.  I want to widen those cracks.
